This service is free to you if you use us for your background checks, and is part of the benefits of becoming a member or having us manage your property. List it with or without photos. Let us Actively Find Your Next Renter!
Free Advertisement: We will post your vacancy on our website. There is no advertisement fee for this if you are using us to do your background checks on your applicants. (First Application must be prepaid-$40.00, $50 Avetisement fee if you choose not to use our screening services)
Membership: Becoming a member for $150. Benefits include: a featured page on our website about your property, including photos. Also, this membership pays for 3 background checks and enables you to report bad debts onto the credit reports of people that have left owing you money.
Tenant Procurement or Referral: Let us actively find your next renter! You receive the benefits of Membership plus you get your property listed on the MLS for real estate agents to see when they have clients that are looking to rent. We will also send out flyers to our contacts with relocation companies in the area so they can let their employees that are relocating know what is available. We charge $125 set up fee and 60% of the first month's rent for this service. Minimum charge required. Additional fee may be required to show the home depending on the location.
