This price does include joint applications for married individuals- not including the joint applications when the two people have separate last names (however credit will only be pulled on the main applicant)

In order to submit an application to us we ask that you fax the application over to us that has been filled out by your perspective tenant along with faxing a check or using a credit card. Or you have the option of filling out the online application and making your payment online as well. (we also need a copy of their driver's license. If you do not have this we will simply call the applicant and see if they are able to fax a copy to us)
Please keep in mind that it is against the law for you to obtain a credit report without a signed authorization form signed by the applicant first. Anyone that attempts to obtain an unauthorized credit report will be reported and prosecuted. There are times when we will need the actual application sent to us so that we are able to obtain verifications. In the event that the application is needed we will ask that you fax or mail the application immediately.

The standard time that it will take to complete these searches will be three hours as long as we are not waiting on a return call to be made to us by the landlord or the employer of the applicant.
