Management Fees:
Set Up Fee: $125.00
60% of first months rent ($600.00 min) to find your new tenant, screen them and sign the lease.
10% of the monthly for all services after the unit becomes occupied. ($100.00min./month)
Referral Service Fees:
Free Advertisement: if your going to use us to run background checks on your applicants $40 per Application (first one paid up front for Free Advertisement) or $50 Advertisement fee
Memebership: $150
Tenant Procurement or Referral: $125 plus 60% of first month's rent
